Sending Failures, Notiffication Corruption and delivery failure with Mandrill

Since the update to 4.99 a week and a bit ago we have had numerous registration
failures, ticket links not working, message corruption and a failure to deliver some at all when Mandrill is enabled. As I have never found an archive of previous releases I can’t roll back to see if the issue goes away.
