I’m in the process of setting up a transactional email as the wordless emails are no longer getting to myself or my students. I know event expresso has the ability to send out emails when the register and when they pay. Does it have the ability to say send out an email to the attendees of an event one week before with a specific email, and then lets say a week after the event with a different email?
We are working on an add-on that will add the option for automated reminder or follow up emails to Event Espresso 4.
For Event Espresso 3, there is an option to bulk notify attendees for a specific event. This is not automated but it will allow you to send messages out.
You can access this option in two ways.
Go to your WP dashboard and then Event Espresso –> Events. Then look for the actions column in the right area of your screen and click on the email icon like this:
The other option is to go to Event Espresso –> Events. Then click on the name of an event to edit it. From here, look for the quick overview widget which appears in the right area of your screen and then click on Email Event Attendees:
