Sorry I didn’t add any content.

The email address set up in EventEspresso is training@ however I am not able to authenticate with this email address so I have set up a seperate one called website@

Recently my client has reports that she hasn’t received any emails. Can you suggest a work-around. I don’t particually want clients to receive emails from website@ either.

Many thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

Is your site set up to send email through Office 365?

Event Espresso doesn’t actually ‘send’ any mail itself, what it does is build out the content and then pass it over to wp_mail() to do whatever you server is set up to do with email.

This means you can use a plugin like Mail Integration for Office 365 to send your mail through Office 365 and set the email address within Event Espresso to use whichever address you are using above.
