However, there is a way to email attendees individually. Click on an attendee from the attendees list. Then click on View/Edit Payment by Ticket Prices. You can then compose and send a message.
Note: it says Invoice/Payment Reminder but you can replace the subject and enter a custom message.
Another option is to export the attendee information and import into an email marketing service like MailChimp. You can then select the attendees that you want to send your message to.
