I reveived a request from my customer to send out an email to all registered attendees which should include the link to their tickets. Can this be done and what is the best way to do this? Thank you very much in advance for your reply and with kindest regards, Anna

Hi Anna,
The event newsletter / batch email notification feature can be used for that. Login to your WP dashboard and go to Event Espresso. Then click on Events and locate your event in the list of events and hover over it. You’ll see some links appear. Now click on Registrations.
You’ll now be viewing a list of registrants for this event. Go ahead and raise the pagination which is found in the screen options toggle in the top right area of screen. If you had 50 registrants for this event, then set it to 55 and save changes. This will show all registrants on the current page.
Now click on the bulk select checkbox which looks like this:

That will select all registrants. Then scroll down to the end of the page and click on the Send Batch Email message which looks like this:

A small modal window will appear. Select global and you’ll see a message area. Adjust the subject as needed and then add some content. Here is an example:
Hello [RECIPIENT_FNAME],
How are you today?
Please follow this link to get your ticket: [RECIPIENT_TICKET_URL]
