I’m wondering if there’s a setting or way to default to yes for the “send related messages” under the registration status? As I have it set up now I would need to go in and manually change that to yes and resend the registration status. For reference, this is when someone has registered but hasn’t completed the payment process. I’d like to auto-send an email that prompts them to complete the process.
However, you’ve mentioned you want automated messages and the above isn’t going to do that for you unless I’m misunderstanding? IT will simply default the value to Yes so you don’t need to change it when setting the status on the registration.
