Hello,
Currently our system sends tags to KEAP when someone registers, but before they pay. Is there a way to have it send this info to KEAP after they pay instead of before? Otherwise they end up with people in the course registrants list in Keap that haven’t actually paid.

Hi,
Yes, this is the way:
You add this code snippet available from GitHub:
https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/blob/master/addons/eea-infusionsoft/mn_only_tag_approved_registrations.php
The code hooks into EE’s Infusionsoft add-on and changes when the tags are sent. So your tags only get applied when the registration is approved, in other words, after payment.
You can add the code to a “Site Specific” plugin, then activate the plugin on your site. Here’s some documentation on how to do that:
