I’d like registrants to receive “registration approved” email once they’ve completed payment. Where do I set that up?
(registrants were receiving such an email at one time, no longer happening. No doubt something I turned off on my end… unable to easily/quickly find help in EE4 documentation).
Go to Event Espresso -> Message -> Default Message Templates.
Is the ‘Registration Approved’ message type listed there? (Note that you may have multiple pages of templates, click the arrows at the bottom to switch pages).
If not go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings -> Email
If the ‘Registration Approved’ message type is in the inactive box on the right, drag it back to the active box on the left. If it is already in the active box, drag it to be inactive, wait a few seconds and drag it back to be active again.
Now check if the Registration Approved message is in the default message template list.

Next, when you have the Registration Approved message type listed, check that the ‘Edit Event Admin’ and ‘Edit Registration’ links are not greyed out (which means those contexts have been disabled).
