Send event registration emails to specific email address based on event

Hi.

Each of our events is run by a specific co-ordinator so we need a way to only send the event confirmations to this specific person.

I have created a custom message template for each event and specified the email addresses to send to but it doesnt seem to be working.

Could you let me know what I have done wrong? It is that you cant email more than one person? I have tried using ‘,’ or ‘;’ to seperate the email addresses.

Hi there,

The way you have it in the screenshot should work.

The email addresses need to be separated by a comma (,) rather than a semi-colon (;)

The screenshot is for the Payment Received email message type, that’s only sent when a payment notification is received from whichever payment method you are using. I’m assuming that’s just an example but just wanted to check, are you setting the ‘Registration Approved’ message to do the same?

Have you set the custom message within the event editor? (Down the bottom of the page you’ll have a ‘notificiations’ section to select custom messages)

Do you have the EE4 Multi Event Registration Add-on active and are you registering onto multiple events?

HI,
Thanks for the quick reply. This has solved the issue – I realised some events are free and so the payment confirmation email isnt triggered.
I have added the custom message to the Registration Approval message and it is working.
