Hi,
The email sends at that time because confirming the registration adds the record to Event Espresso at that time.
Are you having trouble with attendees/registrants forgetting to finalize their registration?

hi,
its work correct, but i wondered for is possible change this, if the mail send when stay in second step (like the confirmation mailchimp)

It might be possible but would involve digging into and modifying the core code and would likely not be that easy to do.
