Send custom SMS to participants with Twilio

I, what plugin do you recommend to be able to send customs SMS to our participants during the event? Like sending reminders for some event activities…

We have a Twilio account.

Thank you I will look but if it’s just for events reminders (like shown in their screenshots), I don’t think that will do what we want. We want to be able to communicate SMS during the event. Do you know if it’s possible with that plugin?
