Hi – we are using EE4 and want to send a unique email message (receipt email) to ticket purchasers of a particular ticket (we are offering two different tickets to a particular event and want purchasers of these tickets to receive a unique email depending upon whether they bought Ticket A or Ticket B). Is this possible?

At this time the custom messages can be set per event. If your project requires setting custom messages per ticket that will require custom development. One of the developers listed here can give you a quote on the cost of the custom development:
