We have events where customers can purchase the time slot they want to attend on that day. We want a limit of 30 participants per time slot. I thought I had it set correctly, but we had a person that was able to buy a ticket for a sold out slot. Here is a screen shot of how I set it up Screen Shot

Can you add a screenshot from the event that had an ‘oversold’ time slot?

Here is the Screen Shot of the event you asked for. I am only going on what one of the owners emailed me. If the event is setup correctly I’ll enable the time slots not yet sold out by extending the sell until date.

Supposedly it wat the 10:00 to 10:30 time slot.

As far as EE is concerned there is only 30 sold tickets for that time slot and it shows as sold out (The number of regs can be higher than the number of sold (registrations that didn’t complete payment), but sold should stop at the limit on the ticket).
Do you have the details for the user that turned up at the event? If so take a look at their registration and see what status it shows.
