Select Multiple Ticket Items

Hello,

I would like a user to select multiple ticket items from a list of tickets.

Here is a link to my registration page (thanks everyone for your help thus far getting this setup).

Users are to select either single handed or double handed, and then select one of the training options listed below that.

Can you please tell me how I can accomplish this?

Hi Andy,

If you edit your event and look within the sidebar you’ll find a section called ‘Event Registration Options’.

What do you currently have set for the max number of allowed tickets per order?

In this screenshot I have it set to 10 – http://take.ms/vDYz6

Is yours currently set to one? Try updating that value to say 10, update the event an retest, can you now select more tickets?

Yes that solved it – thanks Tony much appreciated!

My next question – is it possible to restrict the number of selections in the list to 2 values? Perhaps another way to do this is to create 2 ticket lists. Is this possible?

Incidentally your support group has been very helpful in getting me going considering that I started this process 3 days ago and we’re pretty darn close. I need to become more familiar with all the capabilities and add ons.

Is there any other functionality / add on’s that I may not be aware of that comes with my account?

You mean total total amount of tickets the user can select? You would set the above options to 2 instead of 10. The user can then only select 2 tickets from all the available ticket. (Each ticket will show a qty up to 2 but if the user selects more EE will reject the selection)

Another option is to set the max quantity to 1 for each ticket, the user can then only select up to that max qty for each individual ticket as the dropdown will not go past that value (the total per order value still applies, but this setting allows you to set per ticket limits) – http://take.ms/DkALr

You can only have a single ticket list within a your event.

The EE4 Personal License does not come with any add-ons so unless you have purchased any separately you will only have access to EE4 Core.
