Good Afternoon. I’m using Event Espresso for one of my clients. They have several events and in each even they have ‘satellites’ which are basically tickets assigned to certain time slots. At the moment the client has the ability to view all bookings made across all tickets and events. In the booking/reporting section, each ticket is recorded as a separate entry with the same name next to each line. The client wants to be able to view each booking individually, e.g. 1st row for customer 1’s booking, 2nd row for customer 2’s booking etc. Is something like this possible within the current limitations of the plugin? |

Hi there, We’re happy to assist! However, I’m not entirely sure I understand your request. To help us provide the best support, could you share more detailed information? A thorough description of what you’re looking for and screenshots, if possible, would greatly help clarify your question. Regarding:
Event Espresso does list each registration individually. So if a customer registers for one ticket they are listed once. If the customer registers for two tickets, the customer is listed twice. This is important in case you need to check-in each ticket to a different date and time, or limit the number of uses, or cancel one but not all of the registrations, or track attendance at one ticket or all tickets, etc. You can visit an attendee record to see the registration history for that person. If you click on the person icon within the registration record row in the list table (🙍♂️), you can scroll down the page to see all the registrations for that person. If you want to see the registration history for a person, you can search the Registration list table for their contact information. Does that help? Happy to provide more direction if you can give us more information. |
