I’ve set up a seating plan and linked it with my events. But on the front end, when trying to purchase the ticket it’s not showing the option to pick the seat. Can you please suggest me possible reasons?
Hi, the seating chart option appears as part of the registration form. That is currently turned off in favor of the add to cart link on the single event page.
You would need to restore the registration form via the event editor and save changes. You’ll then see it appear.
Thank you. But, why I enabled Cart is because I wanted the visitors to be able to skip filling registrations for every registrant on a group ticket purchase.
Suggest me, how to maintain the seating while having an express checkout?
The seating chart is not compatible with the Multi Event Registration Add-on (MER) and requires full registration details for each registrant, so if using the seating chart this information will always be requested.
