We have defined an early bird discount for most of the theatre shows. Will it work with the seating chart we have set up ? It is not reflected anywhere in the event page details nor the seating chart displayed prices.
please advise asap.

Hi Florian,
I checked on this and it turns out that the early pricing feature is not compatible with the seating chart. Their pricing functions run independently from each other.

Thanks Josh. Quite disappointing I must admit this seating chart addon.
Given that the seating addon is not compatible with several features and other addons (MER) and it is not mentioned in the documentation my client would like to request a refund on this addon as we are not going to be able to use it.
Please advise on how to proceed.
