Ok, that worked … and WOW … but I need to figure out how to setup/restrict the users who will be creating events, (our staff may need a few restrictions also [lol]) |

Also when I look at the attendees, it tells me that Payment status is Complete, but then tells me it’s not. Ticket Prices Payment Status: Completed [ View/Edit Payment ] |
Hi Edee, For your first question. We have the Roles and Permissions addon, and for more advanced permissions options we have the R&P Pro add-on. Both of which are in use in the Test Drive Website. We allow access to certain pages of that site using the R&P add-ons. Thank you for your response. Sorry for the delay, holiday weekend turned into a pre-holiday week. I think we may be tripping over terms. I just saw “Staff” – Staff seem to have their own short codes and little profiles. Can you set permissions for staff? We are working with the local hockey club, rec center and fitness center (among others). Could we also turn off thing like “Expresso News” so the staff wouldn’t see those? One last thing, I’m pretty sure this is what we need, but I’m wondering if there is a return policy? I’m assuming there is a product Key that can be canceled, but I want to make sure that this is exactly what we are going to need and that’s a little difficult without having full access. Thank you for all your help. |
