Scanning not working – EVENT TOMORROW!!

We have an event tomorrow… and when I scan, it doesn’t show that the attendee has checked in.

What am I doing wrong?
Urgent… we have an event tomorrow.

I scan the barcode, it scans, and then when I got to CHECK IN and check the attendee, it doesn’t show they have entered.

Hi there,

Can you tell me the version number of EE4 you are using?

Also the version number of the barcode scanner you are using please?
