Hi

We have the ticket scanning plugin and I am looking at buying a 2D scanner

Firstly – are there any in particular that you recommend?

Second – when this is set up, do we have to choose the event we are checking in first. We are thinking of using this set up in our Christmas events of which there are three different events.

Can the same scanner handle each different event without needing to log out of one and into another or must we specify the event we are scanning people in

Just wanting to be sure as if it is the latter we shall need a scanner for each event.

Will this work with a wireless scanner too using a usb dongle?

If you go to the barcode scanner page on your site you’ll see that the first step is you select an event, then if there is more than one date time for the selected event you select the datetime before you can scan tickets.
