I have tried to run the demo and created a PDF ticket so I could test the scanning functionality via my mobile phone. But everytime I scan a code, it says no web connection or something similar.
Is this an issue with the mobile app or the demo site?
This is one of the most important features that we are looking for, so need to know before we purchase.

Yes I am using the Espresso HD App on my android.
I logged into the test site – https://eventespresso.com/testdrive/ on my phone and then tried to scan a QR code. None were successful. I also noticed that from the phone if I click on a user record and click Check in, it always says it was unsuccessful.
SO I an trying to figure out if there is an issue with the Test Drive site or with the app.
I did some checking and it looks like the trouble you’re having with the test drive site may be due to the way we have the community log in user role set up. It’s working okay when I use the administrator log in. We’ll have to look into why it’s not working for the non-admin user role.
