I did the setup for scanning ticket and not working. The message is displaying “Loading, Fetching Events”. Please, our event is in two weeks and we can not even do the tests. We need the scanner mechanism tickets urgent

I checked and verified that the iOS HD app is working as expected when connected to your site. Please be sure you have the latest version of the HD app which you can download in iTunes if you follow this link:
