I did the setup for scanning ticket and not working. The message is displaying “Loading, Fetching Events”. Please, our event is in two weeks and we can not even do the tests. We need the scanner mechanism tickets urgent

Hi,

Have you installed the JSON API plugin (if using the iPhone) or Espresso Services files (not a plugin – if using Android)?

If using iPhone are you using the latest HD app? This is recommended.

Hi,

We recieved your priority support request.

I checked your site on my Android phone (sorry I can’t check iPhone currently) and it loaded up fine.

Is the issue resolved at your end? If not can you please try shutting the app down (either force close or restart the phone) and see if that helps.

I checked and verified that the iOS HD app is working as expected when connected to your site. Please be sure you have the latest version of the HD app which you can download in iTunes if you follow this link:
