I scan QR Code for check display Registration is Denied! but manual via button checkin checkout not error.

Hi there,
Which version of the app are you using? Android or iOS?
Are you filtering down to the event before scanning or using the scan from the main screen?

IOS 10 step (not use main screen)
1. select event
2. use QR code scan on icon top right

What registration status do these registrations your testing have?
Only registrations with a Reg Status of Approved will automatically scan using the apps, registrations with any other status must be approved by the admin manually.

How many date times does the event have? When you load up the event in the app, is there an option to select a date time there?
