Is there a way to have Event Espresso save registration information even without the person registering making a payment? I could swear this was working before but now when a person registers for a tournament (http://sjjuniortour.com/tournaments/) and chooses not to make a payment their information is gone.
Is there a setting that I may need to turn on or something else that I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, the information will be recorded but they need to attempt a payment. If you are not accepting payments online, then you could enable the invoice option.
One other thing is that you are running an older version of Event Espresso.
The latest is 4.2.7:

So there is no way to a person’s information once they enter that detail into Event Espresso and receive the message “Attendee information submitted successfully.”? I believe that happened before and the use case was that people may sign up for an event but choose to pay on site.
Is this not possible now?

They would need to finish the registration process so that their information is recorded in Event Espresso.
Try setting up the invoice payment gateway and renaming it to Pay at the door.
