Hello you guys and happy holidays!!! I hope you are all well.

I’m wanting to get a much better idea of when we sell our tickets – like over the long run. So for example, is there a way for me to see a sales graph of all 2016 ticket sales where I could see when sales peeked or dipped?

How would I start to maybe explore this idea?

Thank you,
Shelly

Hi Shelly,

We don’t have the kind of advanced reporting you are requesting at this time although we do have it planned for an add-on here:

Currently to see the data you need you would need to export all registrations and use Excel to build out graphs within that based on the data you want to use.

Tony,
When I do an export of Registrants, I do not get any dates or $$ in the excel sheet. How can I pull that info?
Thank you,
S

I see that I can look at Transactions and see the data I need, but there’s no export feature there like on the Registrants.

I’d love to be able to change the date range on the Reports Tab…

Which details are you looking for?

The CSV already includes the amount paid and the payment dates, is that not what you need?

I’d love to be able to change the date range on the Reports Tab…

That’s something we will be looking into for the Advanced Reporting add-on.

Interesting, my CSV export did not have that info. I went to Registrants and exported the default “All Registrations CSV Report” – I only get name, address and emails… How can I get the financial data?

Do you still have the plugin you created a while back to limit the CSV output?

https://eventespresso.com/topic/customizing-the-registrants-csv-file/

Is so you’ll need to de-activate that plugin, or add the additional columns to that plugin to allow them through to the CSV.

Thanks 🙂

Let me know if you have any problems once you’ve done either of the two options above.
