Sage Pay informed us that in the final stage of making the account live we need to test using some dummy Credit Card details which we have attempted to do just now, using the BABC Conference event registration forms. We were wondering if you had installed a US centric only version of Sage Pay. If you look below the State and Country options required are US only when it came to filling out the credit card details? Please advise why this is the case…
It turns out that it’s not a US centric version of the SagePage Gateway. It’s country agnostic when it comes to the billing fields and follows what’s set in Event Espresso > General Settings > Countries.
You can remove the US options from the billing form by going to Event Espresso > General Settings > Countries, then select United States and set Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists to No. You can do the same for Canada.
Then you can install the States/Provinces pack for the UK to add UK counties by downloading the pack from this page:
Then you can add the UK options to billing forms by going to Event Espresso > Countries, then select United Kingdom and set Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists to Yes.
