I have S2Membership level permissions on my site and would like to provide all Level 2 Members the ability to post their own Espresso Events, and associate all of the event ticket sales with the Level 2 Members individual financial accounts.
Is this possible with Event Espresso, and do I need Permissions Pro in order to do this?
I currently have a EE3 Business License.

How does S2 handle privileges for user roles?
The Permissions Pro addon provides several new user roles with different privileges:
