Can I run EE in a localhost installation for some dev/testing, without paying for a second license? We have it licensed for our production site but have run into an issue that we want to try to address in a localhost instance, without any access to the internet.

Hi there,

You sure can!

If you are copying the whole site to be local then once you set it up locally just go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and set the key to be empty, then save. EE will function exactly as it did before only you will need to manually apply an updates to the local site.
