Is there a way to have the RSS feed to list the full post rather than an excerpt?

Hi,
Yes, there is. You go to your site’s WordPress dashboard, then Settings > Reading, and set the option “For each article in a feed, show” to “Full Text”. Then click the button to save your changes.

The setting is set to full text, but the RSS feed is still an excerpt and ignores the html.

Hi,
The feed has the full post. It’s likely your RSS feed reader settings that’s truncating the event information. Here’s a screenshot of the same feed from the feed reader that I use:

I’m using the WP RSS Widget to display the feed. Do you have another suggestion?

You can check the settings for the WP RSS Widget, maybe it has a setting you can change to show the full post instead of an excerpt.
