Hello all,
I would need to get the following problem solved.
Our tickets cost 225,00 EUR incl. 19% taxes.
That is 189,075630252 EUR net.
When I enter 189,07 EUR at the event, it calculates me only 224,99 EUR after taxes.
How do I get a rounding to 225.00 EUR total or how can I enter more than two decimal places so that he comes to 225.00 EUR?

Hi Sam,
thanks for your help. I’ve found the setting and used it.
It works for 2+ tickets for one event, but if I choose 1 ticket or 2+ tickets of different events there is still a mistake, see screenshots.

Hi Tobias,
When you change the total amount to 225 then you can change the main amount from 189.07563 to 189.075 so that it won’t calculate it as 189.08 in the cart page.

Hi Tobias,
I can see your issue is due to the vat which is calculated in percentage(%).
If you want to round the total amount then you can try to calculate change the vat percentage to a fixed amount of tax (ie: 40 EUR).
For that you can go to Pricing > Price type > Federal Tax > Edit that and change the percentage to fixed type tax: https://tinyurl.com/2c2742bc
Then you go to Default Pricing > Sales tax > there you can change the tax amount to a fixed amount as per your requirement.

At the moment it works with the following steps:
I’ve unchecked the “ticket requires tax” option and added a percentage addition of 19% to the tickets. Total price 225,00 EUR. Now it works.
Is there a problem with this work around?

Yes, you can remove the tax if you want.
But if you want to add the tax and keep the total amount round in future, then you can try to change the percentage to fix amount.
