Hello,
The Promotions AddOn was requesting to update to 1.0.17p. We are currently running version 5.0.11p due to the Paypal issue for non-profits that is not yet resolved (AFAIK). My site is now saying there was a problem and does not load. I disabled this addon and the site functions again.
How can I rollback to a prior version of Promotions AddOn? The only version available is the one that is not functioning with EE 5.0.11p.

Can you enable the error log, then send also the error you received?

I will be asking our tEEm for promotion plugin earlier version.
