I need the following roles:
Organizers of events.
Administrator of events.
Site Administrator.
What is needed for this setup?
What is the relationship with pre-defined roles defined WordPress?

Hello,

The site administrator would be the any WP user with a role of administrator. This user has access to all settings in Event Espresso.

These are the other roles that are available:

Espresso Master Admin (administrator of events)
Espresso Regional Manager
Espresso Event Manager (organize of events)
