Hi We seem to have a rogue event. There is a trip to Windsor that appears out of sync with the other events on the registration page. It appears last on the registration page and first on the latest events plugin. Thanks in advance |
Hi Ray, I checked your event list page and it looks like the dates for all the events are not getting input with the correct format. Can you go in to edit the events and check to see if the start and end dates are formatted like the following?
So for example, an event that starts today should be formatted as:
If you’re using the datepicker and it’s returning a different format, then there is likely another plugin or a theme function that’s changing the date format on the fly. If that’s the case, I can advise doing some troubleshooting to find out if it’s a theme or a plugin that’s causing that to happen. |

Looks like it could be a problem with the date format in general. Looks like the iCal links are broken, too. What do you have your WP date setting as? |

Hi Josh, Thanks for the quick response. The dates are entered correctly. We are in the UK so I’ve set WordPress to display dates DD/MM/YYYY as this is the standard format over here. We use the date picker to set the dates. The fact that the same event appears last in the events list page and first in the events widget seems very strange. Thanks |

Hi Ray, Can you let me know what is input for the start and end dates for the event that is displaying out of order in the list? |

Hi Josh Thanks |

Argh! Sorry I’ve been looking at dates for too long, they were in the wrong order. Thanks for your help. |
