Reversing ticket check-in

Hi

What’s the best way to reverse a ticket check-in at the gate if it has been processed in error?

Hi Stu,

At the gate, you can check the ticket out using the app. If you’re logged into the WP dashboard you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations > Event Check-in, then look up the registration. You can click view, which will bring you to a page of all the check-ins for that ticket and you can delete the errant check-in there.
