I am really struggling to reuse attendees details. I was expecting the option of a drop down box to select a previously registered attendee.
I have booked an event previously with two attendees. I have tried to book another event with two attendees and the first attendees details aren’t showing but the second are. However, it does not give me the option to change the attendee, as I may have four saved and want to select a specific attendee. This is the issue we have had with other systems and is vital, without this ease of use, this system is not suitable.

May I ask where are you expecting to see an option of a drop down box to select a previously registered attendee? Was there something in the sales pages that mentioned this?

To be honest your documentation was very sparse on this, I had to buy the software to test this. I would just like to see this working remembering attendees. Lorenzo said the system will remember their details but it doesn’t. If you have two attendees, how does the. System know which one you want?

The system does record attendee details. So if you have two attendees, you go view their details by going to Event Espresso > Registrations and click through. You can also view them from the Contact list.
