Hi, Thanks for the info. After your last reply I went back in and searched again. Well to my surprise or ignorance they were attached to the first group of confirmations that came in. Each email kept attaching to the previous email. I scrolled down and “bam” there they ALL were. I so appreciate your patience with me. 🙂
It works by clustering similar emails together. The verbiage may be different in other email clients but it should work in a similar manner.
I’ll also post a link to your other support post to help other members that may run into this issue.
