I am able to resend Registration but not resend Ticket notifications from the Actions column in the EE Registrations dashboard page. I am able to click the Display Ticket for Registration button and view the ticket so it appears there is a ticket to send.
Side notes:
I used EE Importer plugin for this event. Ideally I would have liked to send the ticket when I imported them or be able to mass mail them but haven’t found that option.
This is a New Custom message I created.
I have Email Registration Approved, Email Ticket Notice and Html Ticket turned on for Notifications.

A modal box will appear and asking you which template you want to use to send message.
