A transaction id is typically related to payments. If you are wanting to remove the “old testing data,” then follow the steps below.
Move a registration to the trash. Then delete it from the trash (permanent delete). This will remove the sold information from tickets on your events and also remove the transaction information.
If you are referring to something else, then please capture a screeenshot and upload to WP Media or a service like Getcloudapp.com or Tinygrab.com and provide a link here.
You can use a plugin like Adminer or software such as PHP My Admin (available via your host) to achieve this.
As always, BACK UP your database before attempting anything.
