Hello – I tried to reset the support license key on my site – I got an email saying it was reset with instructions to reativate it, but i didn’t seem to work and now the event espresso account says the key is not activated on any website – please help thanks
This is likely because you currently have an EE4 license but have EE3 installed on the site.
Looking over your other threads it looks like you may be switching over to EE4, so for now, this can go on hold. The license not being assigned won’t cause anything to break/stop working so lets focus on the solution you will be going with on your site and then come back to this if needed 🙂
