I have moved my website from the test domain to the active domain but I accidentally added the support key to the test site before I did it, is there a way I can reset the support key to the live site now?
I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
