Reset Support Key

Could someone please reset our support key. I waited until after we went live to activate it, but we had to switch from a naked domain to www and that must have messed it up.

Hi Jerry,

Just to confirm is this still and issue? Looking at your account it seems the naked domain is linked to your license key so just wanted to check.

If this is still a problem, open up Your Account Page and click ‘Request Reset’ next to your license key and we can reset this for you.
