Although I renewed my Support License, the Support License Key has “reset pending” next to it.
I am also not able to upgrade to Event Espresso v4.9.3, in WordPress.
When I try to upgrade the plugin I get the following error message:
“An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available.”
Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue.
We would like to get Event Espresso updated so that we can use the iPhone app for ticket registration.
