His, I bought a license today only to find that you’ve detected the license is still in use in Pivomo Online Learning, even though it expired. This is contradictory. The Pivomo Online Learning has been taken down and is no longer accessible.
Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
Just to add some additional details here, your license key is assigned to a domain when you use it and that domain is saved against the license key it is used on.
You have renewed your license which means the system hasn’t detected that it is in use on that old domain but rather your license key has been renewed and re-enabled, as it’s never been reset prior to the above it still shows to ‘old’ domain.
As Garth has now reset your license key once you follow the steps above the key should be re-assigned to the ‘new’ domain.
