Hi there, I have submitted to reset my License Key as I have moved my site to my own server (it was hosted on a friend’s server during the development & testing phase).

However, it seems that I have paid USD10 to get it fixed.

Is there any way you guys can assist me without any charge? Thanks!

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. You can now add it into the License Key field of the General Settings page in Event Espresso. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Thanks for your help, Garth!

However, it still state “reset pending” under the Site License Keys section on my Account Page. Is that normal?
