Can I get a “Reset” button to appear next to or near “Register now”? Because of EE4’s inability to handle ticket options that change the price, and the only workaround being “make more tickets”, I am now seeing many incompletes as people choose qty 1 of a ticket, go forward, change their minds and hit Back (rather than “Cancel”), add qty 1 to a different ticket variant, and then get frustrated because they are now “forced” to buy two tickets. HTML defines the Reset button for this purpose, and I can’t blame the user for not pushing it when it doesn’t appear on the form.

Hello,

There is a cancel registration link that appears at the end of the form during registration. Currently, it clears the session which means they start over.

However, this does not affect an existing registration that they may have submitted already when starting the registration process. We have an enhancement so that it sets the registration status to canceled.

I’ve added more feedback to the that ticket.
