Hi Jack, Since the server is throwing an error when you try to manually reset the reserved counts, quite likely the same thing is happening when Event Espresso makes an attempt at the automatic reset. What you can do is use a tool like phpmyadmin (usually available from your web host’s control panel), then run the two following queries: In the above example, the WordPress database prefix is the default |

That query didn’t work, but I was able to go through the database and edit them individually. Not ideal, but it’s done now. |

It could happen again because the underlying condition (the server throwing an error) has not be fixed. You could check your server’s PHP error logs for errors thrown at the time you tried using the Reset Reserved counts tool. For example if you see an error that says “Fatal Error Memory Exhausted” error, then the way forward will be to bump the memory limit. |
