I found this by search – but did not find the right area on doc.
I checked your notice and find that ticket notification is set to active as default.
But as I said, cannot recognize this working, this ticket icon does not send anything but showing a new page with ticket.
This is the screen of my backend, first item has ticket icon on right side and this is not saying sending but showing on hover, and that is what happens
The ‘Resend Ticket Notice’ icon will only appear for Approved registrations, the reason behind this is that Event Espresso will only send the ticket notice once the registration has been Approved.
So you can’t re-send a ticket notice for a ‘Pending Payment’ registration as the ticket notice has not been sent previously.
Question, after marked as full paid, does email with ticket send automaticly?
Yes, on the front-end this happens by default.
If you manually approve the registration within the admin and select to send related messages the ticket notice is also triggered then.
