I have a client that is telling me that she only receives about every other of the registration confirmation emails. Is there any way that I can regenerate the original registration email without resending it to the registrant too!
Thank you Dean. Would you know if I set it up so that 2 different emails can receive the registration emails? If so would I just separate the 2 email addresses with a comma? Like this: ” name@address.com, name2@address.com “
Are you entering two email addresses in the “Primary contact email” field in Event Espresso>General Settings under Contact Information? If so, that can break the email to admin functionality.
You can send out admin emails to a second email address by entering the second email address under Event Options in the event editor in the field that’s labeled:
Alternate Email Address (optional)
