When I click the button in Registrations to resend the registration details no email goes out. I read some forums about issues like this and says that there needs to be a registration message, but under the templates there is no template for this only for invoice and receipt. Any help would be appreciated.
Do you see a list of message types within the active messengers? Like this – http://take.ms/Kt092
If not, click the green toggle on the top right to turn off messages, wait a few seconds then turn it back on, do you see the messengers then?
