Required Questions on Reg. Form

When I receive the completed registration, the required questions I created are no longer appearing. This stated happening a few weeks ago. The questions appear on the form but I don’t receive on completed form. Please, can you assist? I do not know HTML, thus, I hope your answer is simple:) Thank You!

Where is the form incomplete?

In the registration editor? (Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> Registrations -> {edit the registration}?

Thank you for the quick reply. I took two screenshots, but don’t know how to attach them. I followed your prompts, but don’t understand the following: edit the registration)? To be clear, when someone registers, those required question appear on the form, but when I receive the completed registration form, they don’t appear, only the “Locked” Name, Address, Phone, Email. I hope this helps explain things better. I teach cooking classes, and the most required question I created: Do have any food allergies? is vitally important. Thank you for your help, Tony.

I followed your prompts, but don’t understand the following: edit the registration)?

It is when you view the registration in the admin that the questions/answers are missing?

So when you find the registration in the registration list (Event Espresso -> Registrations) and click to edit it – http://take.ms/D1AoO

To be clear, when someone registers, those required question appear on the form, but when I receive the completed registration form, they don’t appear, only the “Locked” Name, Address, Phone, Email.

What do you mean by ‘receive the registration form’?

Do you mean via email when you receive the registration approved emails for the event admin?

Yes, Tony. The example and link that you included is exactly what I mean. Yay! The answers to the required questions I created for my class registration form aren’t there AFTER I receive the completed registration. I hope you can understand what I mean. I can’t figure out the screenshot thing. I is there a way to email you the tow screenshots in case you need further clarity on the issue?

Please include a reference to this thread so we know what the email is for.

I’ve added a quick test registration to one of your events in my name, if you edit that registration do you see my answers?
